My journey into yoga began, at first glance, quite by chance in 2010. However, I believe that nothing happens by accident. From the very beginning, I realized that yoga was what I wanted to dedicate my life to.

I owe a great deal to my first teacher, Tatiana Yurizditskaya, under whose attentive guidance I studied for several years. With her support, I enrolled in a teacher training program, began teaching, and successfully passed the certification exam, earning the International Iyengar Yoga Teacher Certification issued by the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI) in Pune, India.

Since then, yoga has become my way of life, and teaching yoga has become my profession. I continue to study exclusively with some of the world’s most respected teachers: in Russia with Elena Ulmasbayeva; in Italy with Gabriella Giubilaro and David Meloni; in India at the RIMYI; and with Lois Steinberg (USA) during her visits to Russia.

I teach in Russian, Italian, and English.

In 2023  I opened my own yoga studio in Sarzana (La Spezia, Liguria, Italy). Today, the studio is a well-established part of the local community, making a meaningful contribution to the lives of its residents. Every day I receive heartfelt expressions of gratitude from my students, which are the greatest reward for my work.

Private one-to-one sessions are also available at your residence along the Versilia and Ligurian coast.

I am a member of the Italian Iyengar Yoga Association (link to the Association’s website).
