My journey into yoga began in 2010, apparently by chance. However, I believe that nothing happens by chance. From my very first classes, I realised that yoga was what I wanted to dedicate my life to.

I owe a great deal to my first teacher, Tatiana Yurizditskaya, under whose attentive guidance I studied for several years. With her support, I embarked on teacher training, began teaching, and passed the examination to obtain an international teaching certificate in Iyengar® Yoga, issued by the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI) in Pune, India.

Since then, yoga has become my way of life, and teaching it has become my profession. I continue to study exclusively with highly experienced teachers: in Russia with Elena Ulmasbayeva; in Italy with Gabriella Giubilaro and David Meloni; in India at RIMYI; and with Lois Steinberg (USA) during her seminars in Russia.

I teach classes in Russian, Italian and English.

In 2023, I opened my yoga studio in Sarzana (Province of La Spezia, Liguria). Today, the studio is well established and makes a meaningful contribution to the local community. I receive sincere expressions of gratitude from my students every day, and their appreciation is the greatest satisfaction my work could bring.

Private yoga sessions at home are also available along the Versilia and Ligurian coasts.

I am a member of the Associazione Iyengar Yoga Italia (AIYI) (link here – visit the association’s website).
